Phil consults with key clients, and leads the firm’s strategic impact investing-related initiatives. Previously, Phil was a founding partner and served as Chief Investment Officer at Cornerstone Capital Group, an impact investment-focused registered investment advisory firm.

Phil graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a degree in philosophy and legal studies. He’s a Chartered Financial Analyst and a Certified Financial Planner®. He’s been active in the sustainable and impact investing field for many years, including six years of board service at US SIF: The Forum for Sustainable and Responsible Investment. He currently serves on the board of Calvert Impact, and on the Investment Committee for the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History.
